I recently saw a used Pelagos that was up for a reasonable price. Reached out to the guy, and before he got to my message he had sold it to another dealer. That dealer let me know he would sell it to me for $250 more if I wanted.
It made me curious – how often do you think watches trade hands between dealers with incremental increases until they land with an end customer?
