What bracelet for Seiko Turtle that has micro adjustments?

I'm gutted that the bracelet that I really wanted doesn't have much micro adjustment in it and is either too loose or too tight.

With that being said, what bracelets out there do you guys recommend that are nice and have at least as good if not better adjustments than Seiko factory ones?
