So, I have a Fauxlex/tudorlex homage that I love dearly. It’s got an 8215 movement and has been a real workhorse for me. Just a great beater.
Recently I noticed when I pull the crown out to set the time, the dial “wiggles” a little (meaning the movement is moving when I pull the crown all the way out.)
How seriously should I be worried about that, and what is the likely cause? I mean the thing still keeps stellar time, still looks great, and I know that a full service will run about $400…
