Planet Ocean watch from Chrono 24 with damaged box and scratch on case

Hello to everyone. I bought a new omega planet ocean from a trusted dealer from chrono 24. I receive it with damaged carton box, without tag and stickers and with a very tiny scratch in the case. I think that i should probably return the watch. You think its normal that situation? Thank you a lot.
