Just got this in today which is a nice Waltham Desk/Dresser clock and I opened up to find an interesting surprise at the movement. So similar to a pocket watch and nothing like the cheap Ingraham's I've seen in the past. According to pocketwatchdatabase, the movement is a 37s size with 7 jewels built in 1927. Now I have to clean it and get it running again.
