Vintage Longines Admiral 5 Star – Numeral Dial

Please can anyone advise on this watch? It is unusual due to the placement of the 5 stars beneath ‘Admiral’. The model number is confirmed as K0203. It also has full Arabic numerals (apart from a 3 as this is the date window). We cannot find another one like this online. Many thanks
