Just wanted to give Venezianico a shout out for a great product and after sales service.

I received the Arsenale Ultrablack with it’s steel bracelet on Tuesday this week. Unfortunately there is no micro adjustment on the bracelet and as such the fit on my wrist was either too big or too small. There was no half link provided nor was there any indication of one being available on their website.

So I sent them an email on Thursday morning enquiring if there was a half link available and got a reply within the hour that there was and it will be shipped to me for free. By lunchtime I received FedEx tracking details, low and behold it arrived this morning.
