Hate that this happened. A group of 60 of us ordered custom watches from unimatic. They arrived last week, and several (at least 5-10) have issues with the GMT hand not functioning properly. I reported this to unimatic’s customer service immediately, and can barely get any response. They respond one time per day, so it’s been over 5 days of messages with no resolution.
