Uncle Straps GL-831 Long Term Durability? And a PSA about the Strap

I know many have questioned what sort of rubber compound is used in these straps. I reached out to Uncle Straps and confirmed that they are TPU.
I am thinking of picking one of these up, but wanted to hear some experiences about long term durability. How long to they last before they start to crack?
