I’ve tried searching about this subject but with limited success so thought it’s best to start a new thread if people can help…
Basically, I’ve been offered an inside IR35 contract role and have decided to go through an umbrella company due to the uplift in hourly rate. According to my man-maths, it does seem worth it rather than the agency PAYE rate, which would possibly be easier? This is my first contract role as my previous/current company will be going into liquidation at some point leaving me without a job, hence my moving on, albeit for a contract role.
So, the question is, does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) of any umbrella companies such as Danbro, Paystream or A N Other as I need to decide by the end of this week so any experiences and feedback would be hugely appreciated, as always.
