Greetings everyone! I need help with a watch I purchased in 2005… The dial on the watch is very unique.. It has both Rolex and Tudor on the dial. Plus it also has 24hr makers too. Back of watch is stamped 4540.. Have not found one with dial like this… Going to have it examined to see if dial has been refinished. And also have an appraisal done too. Have found no other 4540 with the same dial… Please see the pic's… any suggestions would be welcome…
