Tritium hands for 145.022 -st71 Speedmaster

I am looking for a nice set of tritium hands for my 145.022 -st71 Speedmaster.
If not a complete set, single hands are also of interest as they might match with other single hands out there.

Please help,I cannot look at these service hands anymore! 😁
