Travel to UK from South Africa

I’m turning to the knowledgable folks of these parts because google gives different answers. I have a South African employee travelling to the uk via Switzerland. There is a visa in place for the UK. However do we need a visa to travel via Zurich, 1 hour layover and no intention of leaving the airport.
