torque easily adjustable on Hamilton Pilot 38 mm?

Is the torque needed to rotate the bezel on the Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer 38mm easily adjustable?

I am returning an online-purchased Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer 38mm because it takes too much torque to rotate the bezel. I got a sore feeling in my finger (I still feel it when I use my mouse).

By the way, the watch had three crown positions, including a ghost position, which some recent reviews say is absent.
