There are very few moments in life that truly make you feel special anymore. Most of us spend our days being ignored by customer service, put on hold by call centers, and filtered through algorithms that couldn't care less whether we exist.
Which brings me to Rolex.
Last year, I put my name down for a stainless steel Submariner at my local AD. Like many hopeful enthusiasts, I accepted that there would be a wait. No problem. Good things come to those who wait, right?
