I've wondered/worried if it eventually happens on an older daily wear that is reset about twice a week. In this case, my 12yo 2nd gen Monster.
If so, how would the case threads be fixed/replaced?

Firstly can I say I want to, if possible, use the correct tool and not a ball, sticky tape or a nut superglued to the caseback.
