Picked two of these new old stock watch compasses from a garage sale. Says they were made in Japan. I am thinking they were made in the 80s or 90s before manufacturing shifted to China. Does that sound about right?

Movement ID
I recently acquired a trench style watch. I love the style and feel of it so I had it serviced. The watchmaker informed me that the setting lever was worn and he had no access to parts. I’m trying to identify the movement. I have found pictures a Marconi Lever (attached) that look the same, but it also is very near an A.Michel caliber 220.
