Help identifying my grandfathers 1952 Rotary watch

Hello,

I recently inherited my grandfather’s watch. It’s a Rotary, he got it for his birthday in 1952. Very small by todays standards.

It has Switzerland written on the bottom of the dial, and I think it might be gold as the engraving hasn’t changed colour over the years. I’m pretty sure the strap is a modern replacement.

I have no knowledge of vintage watches, so was wondering if anyone knew what model it is? I assume it’s a 1952 model unless his parents bought it second hand and got it…

Vintage Lionidas Chronograph Presentation w/Engraving

My first time post, greetings. I would be interested in any discussion regarding this vintage Lionidas chronograph I bought online. It was represented as being 1950s. The inscription ‘FILS DA NICOLET’ on the caseback is 1930s stock. The watch face is quality Fückinger stock and says INCABLOC, yet there are no encasings on the jewels, and the Valjoux 22 movement looks crude, possibly wartime or older.
