I’ve been wearing an older model Link, And really enjoy it. However, there’s either no AR on the crystal, or it’s just really bad. Is it possible to get the crystal replaced with something that would be far better for anti-reflectiveness?

I’m sure the answer is yes, so maybe the question is how do you go about doing this? Send it back to Tag, local shop? Not something I want to attempt to myself.

Sorry if this has been asked before. Has anyone recently ordered from the Tag USA website and incurred any of the new tarrif charges? I was thinking about ordering at the end of the month but didn’t see anything, only the standard T & C’s regarding import fees. Of course I could have missed something.

I have a TAG Heuer Carrera WV211B automatic watch that I picked up recently. The issue I’m running into is that the hands don’t move at all — they’re completely stationary.

Here’s what’s working and what’s not:

• I can set the time and date without any issues using the crown.
• I can hear the balance wheel oscillating when I give it a gentle shake or wind it, so it seems like the movement is trying to run…

How much will it cost to service this WV211B?

I would, at some point like to add something a little different to the collection. With consideration into budget.
