??? Waterproofing Leather/Textile Straps ???

I did a pretty good search but all I came up with is requests for straps that were already waterproof…
One of the watches that is a mainstay in my small collection stays on 1 of 2 leather backed,nylon faced straps..I’ve tried many different aftermarket bracelets & straps but absolutely nothing compares with these 2 straps when it comes to how fantastic they match the watch for looks..I mean,you just know when a strap was made for a watch,nothing else can supplant it…

Watchgecko Quality Issues – Advice Needed

Hi folks,

I have put this strap for 5 minutes and there is already problem with the hole. I’m not sure if I should return it immediately (will lose 20€ for back and forth shipping fees) or should I keep it?

What are your experiences with NATO straps overall? This is the first one and I’m not sure if it will hold a little bit to justify 40€ I paid for it.
