BatGirl VS No Date Sub

I’m picking up my “one” Rolex soon.

Previously I’ve owned
-Various datejusts
-Milgauss
-Various submariners ranging from vintage to more modern, but nothing newer than 2010 or so

I have come to the conclusion that I definitely want “a” sporty GMT/sub back in the rotation, but I’m not sure which. My main two options are…

1. Batgirl.
-Love the jubilee bracelet
-Don’t mind going blingier since I have 2 or 3 “beater” divers like my Sinn for sketchy travel (I go to a lot of rough countries)…

Been searching around and haven’t seen one of these as of yet! Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Figured I’d start one up especially since the 126600 has been released. Would love to see some 16600, 116660, 126600 even some real oldies like the 1665 if we have some owners here!

Straps, bracelets, cool shots, let’s see them!

Here are some high res shots taken recently

If Rolex Made a Quartz Model, Would You Buy It?

For those brands, a quartz model is $2-3K cheaper than a similar mechanical model and their quartz models are HAQ. And we know that they did sell quartz models a few decades ago when the quartz scare happened, but…

How Hard to Get Oyster Perpetual 36 at Dealer?

Recently the Oyster Perpetual 36mm has come in my radar. I just think it looks like the platonic ideal of a watch, love its simplicity and proportions. I don’t want any of the rarer, more expensive colors – I’m fine with black or blue and maybe even silver. If I went into an average dealer right now, would it be difficult to get one? Anyone have experience on those models and wait times and such?
