Tudor BB58b – looks like Mako 3
Another boring “Got the Call” thread
Coincidentally I was just looking at the Subs at the Bucherer at Caesar’s in Vegas not two days ago wondering if I’d ever get the call. I was even kicking around the idea of asking the boss, who is a watch guy if he had any pull with the Dallas area AD…
Continue reading2001 14060M Case sticker help
I just received this watch in the mail and was surprised to find the case back had a sticker on it. Can anyone tell me if this appears to be a factory sticker? The watch was produced in 2001 and is very clean with no obvious signs of polishing. Than…

Rolex SD43 – To Buy or Not To Buy
Does this bug you?
Edit: photo is from an eBay listing. I am looking to buy one, but at $3k I do expect near perfection. I’ve bought cars for less than that.
I know nothing is perfect, but I’ve noticed most of the Pelagos I see have a weird oddity where the bottom of t…
Continue readingTudor needs a design language change…
Wait, scratch that entire bit. The opposite of that.
Okay, so my assertion: Tudor really needs a massive case redesign across pretty much their entire lineup.
I’ve arrived at this conclusion based on my experience with the “beautifully thin” BB 58 GMT. It’s…
