Where are Tudor Black Bay 68 prices headed?

It’s been a while since I bought a new-to-me watch and I’ve got an itch for the Black Bay 68 with blue dial. I’m tall and stocky with a large wrist, so I think I can pull off the size. That said, I live in the boondocks and the nearest AD to possibly see in the metal is about three hours away.

Normally, I’d just buy a lightly used example to try and if I don’t bond with it, flip it without (hopefully) losing much money. However, I feel like there’s something of a new release premium still…

IWC 36mm Pilot’s Watch vs. Rolex Explorer…Worthy Alternative?
