I used your kind advice to restore my DW-5600 last year: https://www.watchuseek.com/posts/57986802/. I’ve really enjoyed wearing it since, and a few people have asked about / commented on it.

Having decided the subtle gold lettering is almost too understated I found a DW-5400 with module 240 that I’ll be restoring (with 5700 bezel ) to give something a bit ‘brighter’ with the red and white lettering. I also ended up with another DW-5600 – silver buttons with green backlight…

Up for sale is my new Kollokium Projekt 01 E2 variant. I really love the look of the watch but unfortunately, it is just too large for my small wrists. I removed the plastic wrap from the case but otherwise this watch is like new. I am located in Ohio.

New travel watch!

A bit on the chonky side (15mm) but I’m really impressed with the quality of the finished Smiths. True GMT (Miyota 9075) and no date, as I like them (check my signature, none of my automatics have date windows. I tolerate them on quartz watches – I know, I’m weird). 200m water resistance will ensure its a perfect vacation watch!

Removed the Jubilee style bracelet (too lazy to size it for now – that will come) and put it on a a Hirsh strap that I had lying around.

Strap suggestions welcome…
