So I’ve been going through some stuff at home that’s caused me to really not go out or have a social life any more the last few months, which is a plus for my finances so i have a little more hobby money. I’ve been spending a lot of time on WuS and eBay looking at more Casios.

I was carrying a small stack of barrister bookcases when it collapsed directly onto my forearm. My G-Shock fell off because apparently one of the sections had hit the clasp directly and popped it off of the springbar.
I’m pretty surprised at how shallow and, well, flimsy the springbar is – I would have thought it would be deeper, thicker, and overall more robust.

Oh well – the watch itself was fine. If anyone has a recommendation on where to buy a replacement clasp for a GA-B2100 that…

My G-Shock failed today

Hi all,

I realize this is not a G-Shock watch, but I couldn’t find another place to ask. My son has the Casio AE-1200WH and he keeps telling me that it sometimes beeps once on the hour and ~8 seconds. This is not consistent, it does it some times but not always. I checked the Hourly Time Signal and that’s not it. I currently have it disabled. When I do enable it, it beeps twice on the hour as it should. I also checked the alarms and for any active countdowns, but there is nothing there that…
