Crystal replacement worth it?
Is there a mod for this watch GSTB400BB-1A? It cost $400 new, it’s my beater watch and I would have spent more for a watch with a sapphire crystal face. I barely hit this on a door exiting school the other day and it gashed it good. Is it worth replacing and is it possible to get a sapphire glass for it?

My G-Shock failed today
I was carrying a small stack of barrister bookcases when it collapsed directly onto my forearm. My G-Shock fell off because apparently one of the sections had hit the clasp directly and popped it off of the springbar.
I’m pretty surprised at how shallow and, well, flimsy the springbar is – I would have thought it would be deeper, thicker, and overall more robust.
