Doubt about time accuracy / precision between different models

Hello again everyone,

Long time I didn’t post here.
I would appreciate your opinion / view on a doubt I do have.

My main question is:
How come, inside the same watch brand and range (Casio G-Shock), can significantly expensive models actually be LESS time accurate / precise, than cheaper models – as in example bellow :

Gw-5000u and gw-5000hs design and looks

Which watch do think has the better design and looks I like the classic looks of the gw-5000u over the gw-5000hs watches they are both nice watches I just think the gw-5000u looks nicer and has lasted the test of time with it’s classic looks and design .
