I’m really hoping someone here can help or offer guidance. I’ve hit a wall with TAG Heuer support and don’t know what else to try.
A few years ago, I bought a TAG Heuer Formula 1 mechanical watch from WEMPE in New York — my first Swiss timepiece. I was advised to register it online to activate a 3-year extended warranty, which I did. The watch appeared in my TAG Heuer profile and everything seemed fine.
