This question is probably not Steinhart specific, but it is a Steinhart watch. I have an Ocean One GMT with the Sellita SW300-1 movement. If I let the autowind do it's thing, the watch will speed up quite a bit over a couple of days meaning (as I understand it, no expert) that the mainspring is winding down too much, ie. my daily movement isn't enough to keep it wound.
