I have a six-watch box that was a gift from my wife when I started "collecting" watches, which I suppose was when I had more than 3. When she gave it to me, she said I need to keep my collection to 6, and while I'm sure I could push back on this, I actually find it useful to limit my collections, and for watches, I find 6 to ba a good number.
