Long story short, if you have a watch or are planning on buying one with Oris's new 400 series of movements, you may have noticed/heard that the minute hand jumps backwards a couple minutes when pulling out the crown and forward a minute when pushing in. You can correct this by setting turning the crown backwards ever so slightly before pushing it in. Not a deal breaker for most people, but it's there.
