Small Watch Hands Needed

Does anyone know of a good supplier for short-length watch hands? It needs to be based in the U.S. I need 6-10mm length hands for a 25mm dial. The only place I can find that sells them at that length is Cousins UK, but I don’t want to risk buying $5 worth of watch hands and then having to pay $80+ in tariffs and duties when they finally arrive here in the U.S.
