My friend (also from China like me) has been complaining that his AQ4060-50A watch (movement model A060) keeps time inaccurately, gaining 2-4 seconds every month. His watch is out of warranty. After talking with him repeatedly, I suggested he send the watch for repair.
On February 8, 2025, Citizen China After-Sales Service Center received his watch.
On February 10, 2025, they called my friend to say that an error exceeding 5 SPY is a normal phenomenon and they couldn’t repair it…
