I recently had an Explorer II serviced by an RSC, but sent to them through my local AD. It came back after about 4 weeks, and is running well. That said, the service cost charged by my AD – $1350 – seemed high relative to what I see from others on WUS and other forums. No replacement parts were needed that I'm aware of; no polishing; nothing that would create a bill higher than a routine full service.
Are Rolex ADs allowed to mark up their cost from the RSC? Have prices just gone up…
