Sekio SKX007 JDM or Seiko JDM Mini Turtle

Hi – I wonder which people would pick. I have the opportunity to buy one of these watches. The SKX007 has just been serviced and has a new crystal and the Mini turtle is a week old and the person just done want it. Both are JDM watches. Would love to hear reasons for buying one or the other, thanks
