I want to get a sense from the community of your experience with Seiko warranty repair in the US (Mahwah, NJ). I'm in the midst of a fairly negative experience, and it seems that it would have been worth it to simply pay for a relatively easy repair from a trusted person rather than go through the long and somewhat surly experience of dealing with the Mahwah facility.
