This is a Seiko Turtle Doxa mod with a beautiful light blue dial. I am the 2nd owner. This is a steIlar upgrade! I am trying to reduce the size of my collection so this one is up for sale. Nothing wrong with it. Case, crystal, bezel have no scratches. Runs great and is super comfortable on the beads of rice bracelet.
