Seiko SSK035K1 has a stiff bezel

I bought a Seiko 5 GMT last year and since then it has a pretty stiff bezel that feels very very little sandy or better said has a bit of friction that sounds like metals friction when rotating it. Someone suggested that the watch might be fake; I will attach some photos of it.
Could you please tell me if it looks original to you or if the bezel stiffness is really a problem that will damage the watch long term ?
