I currently have 6 Seiko Kinetic watches with 5 different movements.
1 – 5M23
2 – 5M42
1 – 5M43
1 – 5M62
1 – 5J22
All of the watches except the 5M23 make essentially the same noise when you shake them and they are charging the battery/capacitor. The 5M23 makes a significantly higher frequency/pitch noise when you shake it and it's charging. It is difficult for me to quantify the frequency difference, but I would guess it is hundreds of hertz higher for the 5M23. It's kind of funny because…
