I just became the owner of a Omega Seamaster 120 M Multifunction. 2521.81.00

And unfortunately the LCD is busted on it as is the movement. I was wondering if anyone knows where one could be sourced? I know there is the ETA988.432 that fits it as well, but I want the Omega logo on it.
