Seamaster 2846-2848 Authenticity Check

Recently came across this vintage Seamaster with gold dagger indices that I’ve never seen before, except for on the old 1956 Olympics reference. Curious if anyone has seen the same markers on another reference like this, or if maybe this particular one was swapped out. Would really appreciate any thoughts / insights. Thanks!
