Until recently I never considered Roman Numerals as desirable.
I have had them twice before, on a Cartier Rondo Solo and an Omega Constellation bezel, but kind of "took them with the territory" as those watches have a certain iconic look.

I have preferred plain pips in the first place, or arabic numerals in the second.
