Road trip to collect new watch from Biel, Switzerland

I’m planning some road trips through Europe and also planning to purchase a new Seamaster PO and thought it would make it a bit more special to combine the two with a trip to the museum as well. Has anybody done similar? Can anybody see any issues with doing this? I’m based in the UK.
