How hard is it to replace a given quartz movement with a different one? For example, replace a Miyota 2035 with a Ronda 515. According to the specs, both have the same hour and minute hand inside diameters, and both movements with battery inserted have the same thickness.
I know dials have pins on the rear, which I assume prevent rotation, and the pins insert into holes in the movement. From images it looks like these are different, which creates issues. I have seen that there are plastic…
