Repair or leave as is?

I recently acquired a Zenith Elite Defy for what I consider a great price. It does have a condition issue. The stars are missing at 1 and 7 on the dial. Contacted Zenith and they informed me that the stars cannot be replaced it will need a new bezel. I am having an internal struggle with myself over repair or not. To my 60 year old eyes I can hardly see the issue. So thoughts on spending the $$$ or not? I love the watch regardless
