Rare Vostok Titanium Case

A friend of mine sent me some photos of a Vostok with a strange case. It's practically identical to the titanium model known for having a slightly larger case than the Amphibia, but unlike the latter, it's some millimeters longer (the lugs are longer) and also made of titanium. Does anyone know anything about it?
The photo shows the two watches together.
