Question about an Omega watch that is up for bid

I’m considering purchasing this watch for my husband as an anniversary gift. However I’m trying to determine if it has all its original parts and is truly authentic. It comes with a certificate of authenticity, but then says they are only 80% sure. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
