Quartz Movement for Tiffany Desk Clock

I have two of these 2-inch diameter brass-cased Tiffany desk clocks. One of them has a bad quartz movement and I'd like to replace it. These clocks sell for around $150-$175 apiece.

I've been looking all over trying to find the movement, but haven't had much luck. Unfortunately, there's no type of designation stamped on the movement anywhere, so I'm at a loss.

Anyone familiar with this particular Tiffany clock and can point me in the right direction for a replacement movement? Any help…
