What is the difference between a pilot watch and a field watch?
It is clear that when the two types of watches were created, they were made with a purpose, having certain characteristics: to be used by pilots in the cockpit of the plane or when the plane crashed and they survived, respectively by the armed forces fighting on the ground.
Now, are these names justified, considering the characteristics of these watches?
