I love the new PAM01732 destro, but with a 6.5 inch wrist that's used to 40mm watches (including a Radiomir Quaranta). I'm not convinced I can pull it off. There's definitely lug overhang. Any thoughts, particularly from those with smaller wrists who have taken the plunge with a 44mm Panerai?
